I believe that the emulator does not support timeouts on redirected NetLib

I was developing a tiny application that SEND and RECEIVE binary data
through TCP/IP.
That works fine, but I have a Problem with TIMEOUTS. When a call a
Receive, with any positive timeout value, it Terminates after 5'40".
Yes, it sounds really strange. I am working with PALM Emulator (3.0a4)
and a PALM III Rom.
It's posible to be an Emulator Bug? I couldn't test it in a Real Palm.
