hi We r also working on the same stuff. Wireless Appln. we 've already used ProxyWeb Trial pack, but in there case, ProxySvr is at there end and its fixed. Another Appln available from AvanGo which fullfills Ur need. Pls visit to AvantGo.com Also there is one more appln, HandWeb which is very good browser. but it doesnt support Frames.
