Has anyone tried the Signature++ application? I incorporated it into a
little project I'm working on, but it's giving me a problem. When I run the
app on a Palm III (OS 3.0) it works great. However, when I run it on a
Palm Pilot (OS 2.0.4) I get the error "MemoryMgr.c, Line:3956, Nil Ptr".
This is reflected when I run the app on POSE. Using a Palm III rom I have
no problems. Using a Palm Pilot rom POSE tells me my app has just read
directly from low memory.
I've figured out that the last function to change the value of the
handle storing my window is WinCreateOffScreenWindow. Is there any known
problems with this function? And what constitues low memory? Before the
app crashed on the Pilot my WinHandle had a value of 0x00001A8A. At the
same step on the Palm III the value was 0x00001BEE.
