What protocol does the phone expect? If it's IrCOMM, you'll need to use the
serial manager in Palm OS to talk to it, rather than the IR Library. It's
much easier. If it expects OBEX, use the Exchange Manager. If it expects
IrLAP, IrLMP, or TinyTP, then you're on the right track with the IR Library.
If it's raw IR, you can do that with the serial manager too.
