IIIc's are available today.
You don't have to convert. The IIIc (Palm OS 3.5) should run all
well-written Palm OS apps. Even better, the 'color' APIs are available and
work on any device that runs the 3.5 release of the OS, so if/when you do
update your app, older devices will be able to run 'color' apps as well.
(I run a bunch of 'color' games in 4-bpp mode on my Palm V, and they work
fine.)
