Another pirate software CD is being sold on eBay

Hi all,
   A kind registered user has informed me of a pirate software CD
   being sold on eBay: http://auctions.yahoo.com/auction/17613023

   It seems to have just about every app that we have all labored on
   to create and sell.  Luckily there have been no bidders yet, but
   perhaps someone knows of a way to get this off the bidding list
   ASAP, and/or press charges?
