Yes, you need the 3.5 SDK.
I haven't developed a driver, but you may find our terminal program, Online
(http://www.markspace.com/online.html), helpful for debugging. It supports
new serial manager, so I'd appreciate knowing that your driver works with
it as well. So far I have tested it with the ROM drivers (serial, IRComm),
TRGs CF Serial and TDK GlobalPulse. Let me know how it works with yours.
