Bitmap families and PalmOS 2.0

I created an application icon bitmap family with a bitmap for every depth 
however when I put my app on a 2.0 device the icon looks very large and is 
clipped at the bottom by the application name in the pop-up launcher.

My old Application Icon used to work fine in all devices.

They are all 22x22 bitmaps.  Has anyone else encountered this ?
