I personally imagine that if most of us drop a letter or make a call to
yahoo today this will help a whole lot more.
I remember something similar happened on the PEF forum with a german site
not long ago. Then at least twenty people from the forum had phoned germany
in one day and the guys there almost shut the site down for a day.

Yahoo are maybe not that easy, but it is still easier to give them a call
than to set all this documentation.

Just my .02
