Whatever you are trying to do, you should probably not be doing. It
sounds like you are trying to hide information on the device so your users
can't get to it. Users don't like that. People who can figure out what
you are doing will hate it. All your databases should have the creatorID
of your app (registered with palm of course), unless you have also
registered the alternate creator ID.
Maybe if you explain what your goal is, such as trying to store shareware
registration information, the people in this group can offer a solution
that is probably simpler, and more agreeable to the community.
