I've installed it on 2 computers here.  On the first, the installer claimed
that it could not find my existing CodeWarrior installation directory, and
proposed installing the SDK into a default directory instead.  I had to
explicitly change the proposed SDK directory to match where CodeWarrior
really is.  (Then it worked fine.)

On the second PC, the installation went perfectly.

The only (apparent) differences between the two is that on the first PC,
CodeWarrior is installed on the D: drive partition, instead of the C: drive
where Windows NT is installed.

On the second, everything including CodeWarrior is on drive C.
