CodeWarrior Resource Problem

The Mac Finder is telling me that it cannot open the rsrc file in my
project, cause "it can't find the application that created it."  This is
odd since I am using the "Starter" project that CodeWarrior generated
for me, without modification.  Anyone else run into this problem?
