No. "Generate app resources" creates application name and version
resources, which you probably want if you haven't set up a different method
to create those. The 'uMWC' resources that Constructor creates is
Constructor's way of remembering certain things about your file. You can
safely ignore the warnings and those resources won't end up in your app.
