Unfortunately there's no Wizard-like feature in the IDE for this, but here
is a trick that works in CW R6: use Export Project on the File menu to save
the project as an XML file; do a search/replace on "Starter" in the XML file
using a text editor; then import the XML file back into the IDE via Import
Project.
