Make one target for the english version and clone it for the german version.
In the C/C++ Settings panel, change the prefix file to be a different one
that #defines the language. Change the PalmRez postlinker to specify a
different .PRC.
Then, make a third (empty) target that includes the other two targets.
Building that one will build both languages.
