I ran into this problem and here is what I did that seemed to work:
Goto the RESOURCE.FRK folder. There should be a file there, I
forget the name (it might be Starter.rsrc or something like that).
Make a copy of it and name the copy "Starter.tmp"
That seems to shut the linker up. Good luck!
