Could be any/all of the following:
- The app is already running POSER
- Redirect NetLib calls to host TCP/IP needs to be unchecked if running
POSER < 3.0a3
- Redirect NetLib calls to host TCP/IP needs to be checked if running POSER
>= 3.0a3
- Constructor is running (close before debugging)
