One reason I don't want to create a PQA and want to stuff the cache is
because I want the response to show up in Clipper's History bar. The
History bar is built from URLs in the ClipperCache that have a "master
index" of the PQA name, for example, "file:abcnews.pqa". If I create my own
PQA, it would probably have a different master index name and therefore
would not access other pages in the cache from the same PQA, and vice-versa.
Do you know the ClipperCache format or a relatively simple way to put things
into the Clipper's cache from an application that isn't Clipper?

I'm not sure why you want to stuff the cache. If you data is static,
why not just create a PQA? If the data is dynamic, why do you want to
use clipper to display it instead of displaying it yourself?
