Thanks for the suggestion. There has been an announcement of the Palm
HotSync(R) Server; see http://www.palm.com/products/enterprise/server.html
but this isn't something that most people would want to use a Palm VII
device to synchronize on, due to the latency, bandwidth and cost issues in
effect on the network used by current Palm VII devices.
As for what is in the works and unannounced, I'm not at liberty to say one
way or the other.
