Treat the icons just like a Bitmap Family, except use the Icon Family
... Make a new Icon Family of 1000 and set the size to 32x32, then create
an 8bit image and 1bit image (and the other 2 depths if your wish) under
that new Icon Family (note these are still really bitmaps).
Then for the small one, do the same thing as above, but give the Icon
Family an ID of 1001 and a size of 15x9.
