I have subscribed to this digest for a long time. In the last two months, I
have received approximately 6 chain-letter style spams from startup
companies looking for talented PalmOS engineers bla bla bla.
In fact I just got one about ten minutes ago from someone who explicitly
stated my email was discovered from the Palm dev forum.
When I subscribed to this list a long time ago, I tried to use a bogus email
address to avoid PRECISELY this problem. The server wasn't smart enough to
let me 'hide' my email address. I worry that people will begin to stop
contributing to this list for fear of winding up on a spam email list.
Does anyone know how I can remove my email address from the header of
postings to this list?
