No, that's your "user id". This is how the palm desktop
can keep separate "install" flags for multiple users -- the
user id is used as part of the registry key indicating that
something is waiting to be installed. I don't know if there
are any other uses of this number. My guess is that
this # is some sort of hash of the username.
