Todd,

SmartHeap is one of the libraries used by Constructor (and the CW IDE). To
be honest, I don't know why it's throwing up that error since I'm running
the new Constructor in Windows 2000 and everything seems to be fine so far.
You may want to check this:
1. Can you check if SHW32.DLL is present in the folder in which Constructor
1.5 resides? It must be in the same folder or it won't run.
2. Can you check if the version (or date) of SHW32.DLL in the working
machine is the same as the one in which it doesn't run?

If you like I can send you the DLL I have on my system, so we can see what
shows up?
