No. If you haven't properly initialized the default day or month or year
parameters, you can easily get this error from SelectDay().
Make sure your default values are reasonable and that should take care of it.
Whenever I see "intermittant" in a bug report, I always think of
uninitialized variables, and I'm pretty sure of this one being an accurate
hunch :-)
