If something looked funny or a link was broken or something else went
wrong, it would be nice to see what the VII thinks it has or is doing.
There may be some bad or subtle HTML in the original so reconstructing
the decompressed HTML the PQA has would allow a normal browser to be
used to see and/or validate what was there.
