Hi Expert Guys:
Who can explain this? I am running a palm Vx and an 8Mb TRG upgraded palm 3,
both with OS 3.3. The palm Vx has a factory installed OS 3.3, whereas, I
upgraded the palm 3.
When I have a memo [in Memo Pad, Memo PLUS or pedit it doesn't matter], which
has, say, 4000 chars in it and I have, say, 200 chars in the Clipboard, then,
obviously, because of the 4K limit, I can't paste it into the memo.
HOWEVER, THE MYSTERY BEGINS!!!
The palm Vx present a warning dialog with the option to truncate, whereas the
palm 3 just beeps. Both have the same OSs!
So why is the difference? I am flabbergasted. Please explain this to me. Best
