Does the SDK 3.5 update required CW R6? I am using CW R5 with Patch 2. After
updating 3.5 SDK,
I get 2 errors whenever I try to open a project (which I was able to open
before the 3.5 update).
1. The procedure entry point "CWPanlGetNamedSetting could not be located in
the dynamic link library PluginLib3.dll."
2. "Operating System Error 2 Unable to open project. No such file."
I am using Windows NT 4, Service Pack 6.
