We've done that (ordered the AP)
One would hope that they (Symbol) would eventually move to the 11mbit 802.11
"standard" at some point, so they could interoperate with the rest of of the
world ;)

The answer is........ buy a Symbol AP, or if you have a PCMCIA slot
you could also just use their MicroAP, which is somewhat cheaper.
