While it is not possible to use the complier, it is possible to use the IDE
on top of GCC. Just create a new project of type makefile. Then use the
prc-tools/cygwin make utility to create the makefile. In the project
settings you can spell out how to use the makefile.
I'm working on a guide to help do just this, and when it's done it will be
on our website, airpulse.com
