Yup, I know about this, actually you get a different error if POSE is 
running your app already.

And Constructor is not running. If it's 100% usage bug you usually get a 
"Connection timeout" error instead of  "Failed to connect to remote" (I 
know my way around a lot of POSE problems but this one I havent seen before).
