I'm using Help IDs on my dialogs to provide help messages to users (which I believe is the idea of these things...) However, I want to be able to change what these say if I need to at runtime. Due to the way things work, I need this to happen at runtime. Does anybody know a way of doing this? I've tried changing the resource using the data manager but this didn't work. It seemed to let me write the new string resource to the app, but when I tried to get it or just display the help, it hadn't been updated. Another idea I've had is that there may be a way of getting the system to call you instead of using the help ID to reference a string, but I can't find any reference to such an ability. So, if anyone has any insights into this, I'd be really grateful to hear about it. Thanks in advance for any help anyone offers.
