I know that any wireless device used on the market must have a unique ID on
the network (for a cell phone it's an ESN). Typically companies are given a
range to make sure the value stays unique for all devices. I'd contact
Palm.Net and OmniSky to try to determine what the range is. Then, in your
HTML send the %DEVICEID in a hidden field and check the value.
