No, since PQAs are merely data, and you can't even do something with
the deviceid to turn on and off different HTML.
You can tell (in a program) if the interface is the Palm Wireless
network since PPP won't be up. If it is, then it is either OmniSky or
running PPP in the Cradle. And you can test for POSE with what used
to be the SysGremlins call.
