It should be available if you're using Palm OS 3.1 or later.  If not, you
can link your application with IntlGlue.lib.  I've only read about this, I
haven't tried it.  You can get more information in the chapter on "Localized
Applications" of the Palm OS Programmer's Companion.

Another thought, make sure that the headers you need are included.

I saw this note in compatibility topic. But, I looked for a option in CW
R6 to enable that feature with no success. The error message appear when
I try to build the application (F7 key). How can I enable International
Feature Set?
