A user is reporting that our app will crash on launch (wasn't specific
about error code) if the Palm Stowaway keyboard driver is enabled. Disable
the driver, then no problem.
Our app opens the serial port in the startup sequence. We're already
detecting multiple-open conflicts and will post a warning to that effect,
but it appears that the keyboard driver is doing something slightly more
insidious.
Any wisdom?
Possible direction of thought: we're using the old "Ser" calls for
backwards compatibility. Are "Srm" calls more 'sanitary' with the Stowaway?
