This is one reason I am NOT upgrading to Win2000 yet, despite my curiousity
and ever-present desire to have the latest thing.
Palm/Metrowerks - any schedule for CW for PalmOS Version "6.fixed", with:
- Constructor update for PalmOS 3.5
- 3.5 header files
- BWDM fix
- Win2000 fix
- latest emulator
- 3.5 documentation
- world peace

I had posted this same problem back in February but Metrowerks was too busy
to look into it.
My solution in the meantime is to shutdown CW and POSE and restart after
each debug session. I am glad that others are reporting this problem. I hope
that Metrowerks will realize that a few people use Windows 2000 and decide
to support it.

i'm running cw6 in a final release of windows 2000 pro, and have a major
problem using cw to debug apps.
essentially what happens is that when i attempt to debug an app in
codewarrior, it works as usual the first time a try to do it. but every
time after when i try to debug the app, after it finishes downloading the
app to the palm device, codewarrior hangs as does the palm device, requiring
me to restart codewarrior and reset the palm device...which makes debugging
nearly impossible.
has anyone been able to get cw6 to work properly in win2000 pro?

I am still running Beta 2 of Windows 2000, with Office 2000 and all works
great, no problems encoutered to this date. Oh yeah, my Outlook 2000 is
configured both for Internet email as well as Exchange Server 5.5
