A fix would entail getting into the source and doing some of the following: * Setting this as default so it would not happen immediately upon install. * Manage the registry keys so Constructor can run when at the same time as POSE. You can do this in R5. * Have an option to have the IDE reset POSE just before loading a new binary for debugging from Metrowerks. * Merge Constructor and the IDE into the same environment. Further comments are welcome. I know how tough it is to manage cross platform projects like the creation of the Metrowerks environment. For example, someone altering the core code for the OS9 IDE build could have done something that affected the PalmOS IDE build.
