I don't think there is a Palm device out there that can handle the realtime 
decompression needed for this.  Also, I'd would like to
know what kind of frame rate you can get with the currently shipping LCDs.  There was 
a really neat demo of Video on a Palm V at
PalmSource last year.  Something like this could make a good Springboard module.
