I believe that if the Launcher is the active app when you install an app on
Poser, the app is actually installed but the Launcher doesn't display its
icon. If you reset Poser (right-click and select Reset in Windows) the
Launcher window gets updated. Even launching another app and then returning
to the Launcher works, but that method has a problem: Depending on which app
you attempt to launch, it is possible to launch your app instead by clicking
another app's icon. This suggests that your app has actually been installed
and the Launcher knows about it but the icons in the Launcher window haven't
been updated yet.
