ExgRegisterData woes

  I have an app that I want to be able to receive VCalendar 
file beams.  Even if I register for them using ExgRegisterData() 
for type "vcs", I never get a sysAppLaunchCmdExgReceiveData launch 
code, it always goes to the Datebook instead.  I tried unregistering 
the Datebook to no avail.  Is there any way to do this?  Thanks.
