Both exist. I have the OmniSky modem right now - but they aren't
selling any more (except for a few NY test locations) until the beta
is over. Your coverage might vary.
The Minstrel for the III didn't come with the INet lib, but that may
have changed.

You need the other parts - most are in the VII image (and could
theoretically be copied), but would probably be a license violation.
If you put the pieces together right (especially in POSE), yes it
would work AFAIK.
