As far as I know, you can't. Wireless transactions are always initiated
by the Palm VII, never the other way around. You could write a PRC that
periodically polls the wireless network, but users would probably find
it costly and annoying. Also, unless the antenna is left up all the
time, it wouldn't work very well.
