Something very odd is happening when I use
DmGetNextDatabaseByTypeCreator if I create or delete databases of the
same type and creator - basically it doesn't work.
If I unlink one, it will miss a second one lower down. If I add some,
it seems to go out of sync.
I have rewritten things using DmGetDatabase cycling through every
database (doing a GetInfo for type creator), but was wondering if
there was a way to make the other call work.
