Hi.
Have just started looking at adding menus into a form, but a menu just
doesn't seem to appear on the screen! I have followed the following steps:
1. Created a Menu Bar resource and a Menu resource
2. Created Menu items
3. Have entered the appropriate Menu Bar ID in the
"layout properties" screen of the form.
4. Then I save the .rsrc file and go to CodeWarrior
and implement the form, but when I upload the
stuff on to my Palm the menu doesn't appear,
although I have managed to have things like
buttons, lists etc. appear just fine.
I'd appreciate if if someone can tell me what is missing in my methodology
for creating menus.
