You mean the seeding program? I can't just use the click-wrap ROMs? in
the development area and an "install" program?
If that is the case, then I think I will stay away from 3.5 development
then. If no one can use my program but me, and then only the emulator,
it is kind of silly.
Don't the new color palms have 3.5 installed? They must because color
only became available in OS 3.5. Aren't those available in stores
already?
There is still a piece to this puzzle that I don't have.

I sent in my application for the SEEDING program in on December 12th of
1999. I still haven't gotten the email yet. It would be nice if it got
here tomorrow, because I have gone about as far as I am going to with
the emulator.
Someone suggested that you should send in your application a second time
if it "gets lost" some how. I did that about a week ago. If you are in
a hurry, maybe you should do the same. Maybe we should all just send in
two or three applications. (Now that was a JOKE you understand.... Most
people _do_ get their applications signed and returned in a reasonable
time. I was just unlucky.)
