Hi Trung,

The problem might be due to the Palm fonts not being loaded by the system.
The installer will install the Palm fonts into your Windows Fonts folder,
but in some cases it isn't loaded by the system. To fix this, go to your
Control Panel, and double click on Fonts. Check that the fonts Palm* and
NPalm* are present. Opening it also also forces Windows to load those fonts.
