It's a bug in the PalmRez post-linker. It seems to happen after you make
any code change that impacts the symbol browser data.

Annoying but harmless. As you found, just hit the Build button immediately
(press F7) to relink successfully. This can probably get fixed in some
upcoming tools patch release.
