Palm OS 3.5 doesn't contain the necessary software to run PQAs. For that, you
need Palm OS 3.2.

Novice Question:
I am using emulator version 3.0.a4 in Windows 95 with
various Palm OS 3.5 ROM images.
I have created a "Hello World" Appplication &
generated a .pqa for the same through the QAB. I
installed the app on the emulator. Whenever I tap the
app with the mouse I get the following message:
"Application" 3.5 reports "LauncherMain.c, Line 9395,
owner app not found"
Can somebody help me out with this?
