there are some applications that are "on top", like - popup calculator.
in one word - how ?
in more words - how can i do do an on top application, so that an
application could run, i'll switch to my application, the first application
will freeze, until i'll exit the second application,
and i don't meen to exit the first, and run it again at the end of the
second.
