The source code for OS 3.0 is available to developers who sign and mail in a
paper license form. This will let you look up the line numbers for
errors occuring on a (non-upgraded) Palm III. (The numbers have changed in
recent versions of the OS, but often you can find what you're looking for by
searching for the text of the message)
If what you're actually looking for is the last line of code executed in
*your* program, then you should use a debugger to get a stack trace.
